Melanie received her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University, Twin Cities and is a Board Certified Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Most recently, Melanie worked directly with male identified individuals who used abusive behaviors and violence within their intimate partner relationships. Throughout Melanie's years of work in the therapy field, she has been most drawn to working with clients who have experienced trauma and individuals who have used abusive behaviors.

Melanie's recognition of the healing and growth that come from this work by helping clients find clarity and freedom from their cycles of suffering were fundamental in the creation of Changing Point, LLC.
